The Monk Studios (tms-thailand) ได้ทำการบริจาคเวลา CPU และ GPU จาก render farm มากกว่า 5,000 ชั่วโมง ให้กับโครงการ Folding@home อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อช่วยประมวลผลงานวิจัยในการต่อสู้กับไวรัส COVID-19 ซึ่งนอกจากอุปกรณ์เครื่องไม้เครื่องมือในทางสาธารณสุขแล้ว การร่วมบริจาคในรูปแบบอื่นๆ ก็สามารถช่วยสนับสนุนร่วมต่อสู้ไปกับไวรัส Covid-19 ได้เช่นกัน
โดยโครงการนี้ก่อตั้งขึ้นโดย Pande Laboratory มหาวิทยาลัย Stanford มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการใช้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ของอาสาสมัครทั่วโลกในการประมวลผล molecular dynamics ของโรคต่างๆ รวมถึงโควิด-19
The Monk Studios has been contributing more than 5,000 hours of CPU and GPU time to Folding@home project for COVID-19 researches.
Folding@home was founded by Pande laboratory, Stanford University. The project utilizes global donors' CPU and GPU time to compute biomolecular problems of several diseases including COVID-19.
